Ingredients
- 1000 g ground beef
- 200 g onion
- 10 g garlic cloves (2 cloves)
- 800 g chopped tomatoes (2 cans)
- 400 g kidney beans (1 can)
- 150 g sweet corn (1 can)
- 10 g chili powder
- 10 g dark chocolate
- 10 g pepper
- 5 g harissa
Instructions

Finely dice the onions and garlic and sauté them in a large pot.

Add the ground beef and fry until browned and crumbly.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes, beans, and corn (drained), as well as the chili powder.

Simmer the chili over medium heat for at least 45 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
