Ingredients
- 1000 g chicken breast
- 400 g millet (1000g cooked)
- 600 g vegetable broth
- 400 g red onions
- 100 g green olives
- 20 g garlic (4 cloves)
- 20 g ginger
- 20 g olive oil
- 20 g miso paste (or 1 large spoon)
- 10 g sugar
- 20 g balsamico
- 30 g almond butter
- 5 g pepper
- 5 g paprika

Prepare all ingredients so they are within reach when you need them.

Instructions
Heat your large pot and add half of the olive oil
add the chicken and cook it until done

add the miso paste and keep stirring
add the balsamico and keep stirring
add the cooked millet and mix well
add the chicken and mix more
add the spices, sugar and then the vegetable broth
add all the chicken and keep stiring until the water is gone
add the cut olives and mix well, done you are
Let the dish cool. Divide into portion-sized freezer bags.
Use vacuumer to remove the air and seal. Label with date and contents
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator or in microwave. Reheat in a pan or 4 min at 600 Watt in microwave until hot throughout.
